Thanks Ian for being a good and reliable friend since we met at Bolton Health Studio 35 years ago; gym training, beer drinking, Copacanana in Manchester, Club La Santa in Lanzarote and of course our 60 miles bike ride from Midford Castle, Cheddar Gorge , Wells and back to Bath.
